Care
Wooden wall panels stay beautiful with minimal maintenance. Wipe the panels with a dry or slightly damp microfibre cloth, in the direction of the wood grain. Do not use harsh cleaning or abrasive products and avoid lots of water to protect the veneer and the acoustic felt.

MEASURE & PLAN
Measure the width of your wall and divide it by 60 cm, the width of one panel. That tells you straight away how many panels you need.
Pro tip. Centre your layout so the cut-to-size panels end up on both sides.

First of all these wall panels look fantastic and are of high quality. I was apprehensive at first as I don't really do much DIY, but wanted to give it a try. I watched a few video online on how to cut them, and then successful trimmed them down to then size of the wall I wanted to cover. From there, they were very easy to install on plasterboard, and the black screws are not visible against the black backing. Delivery was good, with the couriers phoning to arrange a timeslot and then contacting on the day to confirm the time. 5 stars, would recommend!

Very happy with the acoustic panels. Well made, solid batons and thick felt backing. I’ve yet to test out the sound proofing credentials - waiting for feedback from neighbours who live the other side of that wall! To get a good finish, including cutting around lights & plug sockets etc., I would recommend using an experienced tradesperson (as I did). I used the 3m height as unluckily my wall was 40mm to high for the 2.4m and a join would not of looked good. We used the off cuts for the face of the step and full length batons (when separated from the backing) for the scotia of the flooring (as shown in photos) - which has worked a treat! Absolutely cracking customer experience from start to finish with Aku Woodpanel UK, and as the photos here demonstrate, the Walnut panels really do provide a genuinely luxe aesthetic to our humble staircase.
Due to the exposed edges of the wall at each end of the stairs - papering it was never a viable option, so we originally left it ‘naked’ with just a painted finish. But the sheer volume of traffic up and down the stairs demanded something a little more robust, and so the acoustic paneling provided the perfect solution.
What’s more, as the areas at both the top and bottom of the stairs are completely open plan, the noise reduction provided by the panels have also been a very welcome bonus - so overall, we are very pleased.
The quality is high, delivery was quick and efficient, and all communications received were first-class throughout. Highly recommended: 11/10

Chose walnut panels to clad my TV wall. So impressed I ordered additional panels and took the panelling around the sides (and ceiling) and the wall in the adjacent room. Using adhesive and some wall plugs with drywall screws to secure the panels. Looks superb and nice sound deadening too.

What can I say?
I ordered AKUWOOD panels on the recommendation of a friend who had them fitted as part of a design package. From the day I placed my order, the whole process has been seamless with my delivery being just four days later.
My carpenter commented on the high quality level of the materials and construction. An added bonus is that the sound proofing element has proved to be significant with my neighbours' occasional door banging being just a distant memory.
