Our acoustic wall panels are easy to install yourself. On our installation page you'll find the full step-by-step guide, including the materials you need and finishing the edges with end and corner strips.
Wooden wall panels stay beautiful with minimal maintenance. Wipe the panels with a dry or slightly damp microfibre cloth, in the direction of the wood grain. Do not use harsh cleaning or abrasive products and avoid lots of water to protect the veneer and the acoustic felt.
Where others only veneer the front, we do three sides. So it looks like solid wood from every angle

STEP 1
Measure the width of your wall and divide it by 60 cm, the width of one panel. That tells you straight away how many panels you need.
STEP 2
Make sure the wall is clean, dry and flat. You can mount directly on plasterboard, brick or wood, no battens needed.
STEP 3
Apply the mounting adhesive in a zigzag pattern on the back. Start in the middle, work outwards and keep the seams tight.
STEP 4
Finish the top and bottom edges with a matching end strip. Cutting to length is easy with a fine-toothed handsaw.

We were re decorating our lounge and decided to instal acoustic wood panelling on one of the walls, it is very easy to instal, however it was a bit testing fitting it around the fireplace, but we managed it. The finished wall looks stunning & we are really pleased with it.

Absolutely delighted with our walls, completely changes the room. We had some extra so added some panels in my office. Easy to install, great quality especially with all 3sides covered. So many other system have veneer on the top and black felt is visible. We would definitely recommend this product.
Bought the Mocha colour. Absolutely love the finished result. Really heavy solid boards, great quality. I checked out other brands locally and honestly I was worried about longevity. Built out around chimney breast to enable the acoustic wood panel to wraparound and give more character to the room. We did this as a diy project over a couple of days. Easy enough to do with the right tools. Improved the room no end - the panels are great, just as I imagined. The virtual tool on acuwood really helped pick the right colour wood.

It is a beautiful product and is easy to work with.
The panels are super easy to mount on the wall with glue. However, you should be two people because they are very heavy. The sleeping corner now feels much warmer, and the acoustics are also very pleasant in the whole room.
Fast and correct delivery, excellent quality but not one of the cheapest options in this overcrowded market but, for me, it’s important to note, one of the few suppliers that offer 3-sided veneered products!

The panels were neatly delivered. They are of really good quality and easy to process. The end result is definitely there.
Completed the job myself, extremely please with the end result. One sour note was the second panel fell off and it was extremely difficult to apply the glue which I got from Aku Woodpanel UK. After buying glue from screwfix, at a third of the cost I noticed that the glue supplied by Aku Woodpanel UK was out-of-date, not good.
