Care
Wooden wall panels stay beautiful with minimal maintenance. Wipe the panels with a dry or slightly damp microfibre cloth, in the direction of the wood grain. Do not use harsh cleaning or abrasive products and avoid lots of water to protect the veneer and the acoustic felt.

MEASURE & PLAN
Measure the width of your wall and divide it by 60 cm, the width of one panel. That tells you straight away how many panels you need.
Pro tip. Centre your layout so the cut-to-size panels end up on both sides.
Ordered the grey walnut panels to go in our guest room, together with lighting from another supplier. I have to say that I was sceptical after reading some of the reviews so I took the time to write to Akuwood Panel to address these. I felt reassured by their reply that if there were any issues they would be put right so I went ahead and placed my order. When I received the samples I was very impressed indeed. They came nicely presented and were far superior to other suppliers I was considering. The wood is veneered on 3 sides and this really added to the quality compared to others. I placed my order and received confirmation that my order was being despatched a few days later. I was contacted by the courier to confirm that I could accept delivery and delivery was planned the same week. The only hiccup was that the vehicle broke down on the delivery day but I was contacted with an apology and my order was with me the very next day. I appreciate that these things happen and given the level of communication I received I was more than happy with this. My delivery arrived as planned and the driver kept in touch to advise of delivery times. When he arrived he was a lovely and helpful chap. The boxes all seemed well packed and there was no sign of any damage. We undertook our project this weekend and all panels were in perfect condition and they are exceptional quality. I am so happy with the result and would be more than happy to recommend both the product and the company. I can only describe my personal experience as first class. Yes, and we recommend it: colours on a screen always differ slightly from the real veneer. Order samples of your favourite colours to see the texture and finish at home. Samples cost £2.50 each, plus £5.00 shipping.

Are the panels easy to install?
Yes. Our panels are designed for easy self-installation: fix them with screws or glue them without drilling using our High Tack mounting adhesive. On our installation page you'll find step-by-step instructions, including finishing the edges with end and corner strips.
